They will support you when you want to try something new, and be there when you need them, helping you on your journey to self love.
THINK ABOUT WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU FEEL GOOD
When you look in the mirror, what do you feel? If the answer is anything less than good then this is not acceptable. When you look in the mirror, you deserve to see how amazing you are, even when it’s not the easiest thing in the world to see. This might mean that you want to change a few things, and that’s perfectly okay as long as you are changing them for you, nobody else. For example, dental veneers do not stain as easily as natural enamel so if your smile is a sore point for you, this might be the solution that you need.
Or, it might be that you are worried about your weight, either that you’re too big or too skinny. Let us tell you now that there is nothing wrong with your weight as long as you are healthy. You are still beautiful and still deserving of love. But, if you would like to gain or lose weight because it will make you feel good, then you can look into the best ways to do this.
