Helloooo! How are you? Welcome to my first blog post!
I've wanted to start a blog for YEARS but never dared. I was afraid that I wouldn't be interesting enough, no-one would read it, and I'd run out of things to say. But I've decided to take the plunge and start now!
I've been thinking of *rebranding* for a solid few months now, but I was absolutely terrified. I didn't want to lose my audience I'd worked so hard to build over the past year on Instagram, I was afraid of what people would think of me and, to be honest, I didn't know if anyone would actually care what I wanted to share and say. I still don't!
After taking some time away from the internet after moving house (see my About Me page for that whole story!), I finally decided to bite the bullet. I changed my domain name, went about securing my new social media handles on various platforms and started creating the content that I wanted to make. Not what I felt I should be making (as I'd titled myself an illustrator), not what I saw other people making... what I actually wanted.
I know that so many other people have various different handles and accounts - one for their home, one for their travels, one for planning, one for their pets... but I know that there is no way on Earth I would be able to keep up with multiple accounts! I wanted to create my own space in my own little corner of the internet where I could create the content I wanted and share my passions, interests, thoughts and feelings. I wanted (read: needed) one place where I could put all of my energy into, where I could fully be myself and could be my most creative self. As I'm writing and posting this post, I actually haven't told anyone that I'm rebranding yet... which is very scary!
So here we are!
My blog posts are going to be my thoughts and feelings (and, let's face it, ramblings) on a range of different topics and subjects! I might share fashion wish lists, beauty reviews, my current favourites... the list is endless!
